"Century 21 sends Esteban Blanco of the Century 21/Inmobia team to Venice Italy"
Esteban Blanco races for the amateur team of Liberia in Costa Rica. Century 21 Gold Coast Realty is sponsoring him to race in Venice Italy starting in August 2009 to race with Team Montolvani which is a regional team with a lot of recognition in Italy. Esteban HAS raced in Costa Rica with the Teams of Pizza Hut and Dos Piņos. When in Costa Rica Esteban races for the Century 21/Inmobia team and in the picture he is shown winning the race in Leon, Nicaragua by over 8 minutes!!!! We wish him luck in Italy.......Ciao.
"The Arce, Leon, April 26, 2009"
The Century 21 Gold Coast Realty team put on a strong performance in Leon on April 26, 2009. The arce is a 50 Km course in Leon.....very, veryhot....several riders got lost on the course and one was passing out and had to be rescued out on the course....it was tough..
- Marco of the Century 21 Gold Coast team placed 1st in the Masters and Barry Oliver finished 3rd.
- Esteban Ugarte took 1st and Flemming Lund 2nd in Elite
"The San Juan Howler Results"
The Century 21 Gold Coast Realty team put on a strong performance in the this weekend's San Juan Howler. We just received the following update for Century 21 Gold Coast owner and broker Barry Oliver:
- Billy Molina took 1st Place in the Expert Division! Congratulation Billy!!!
- CriCri took 3rd Place in the Expert Division. This is amazing as he recently was hit by a bus and punctured his lung, bruised his heart and almost had his arm amputated. The doctors said he may not walk again. With the help of Century 21 he was able to be treated and fully recovered and yesterday he took 3rd in the expert division!!!!
Barry Oliver won the Intermediate Division. Congratulations Barry!!!
"The San Juan Howler is Friday February 28th"
18K of Ox paths, single track, dirt roads, and river beds make 'the Howler' a mountain biking adventure to make even the most experienced racers HOWL!
"Nicaragua is known for it's untouched, raw landscape, and this course takes full advantage of the diversity in the surrounding terrain. You only have to go 5 minutes outside of San Juan to find some really amazing stuff!" says Anthony Ippolito, World Class racer and lead monkey course setter.

8:20AM Masters A (Less than 39 yrs) and ELITE START 3- LAPS
2:30PM Awards and prize monry presentation and post-race festivities!
