In the Community
Century 21 Gold Coast Realty is always looking for ways to help improve the local community.
In 2007 and 2008 we have participated in the San Juan del Sur Bahia Limpia campaign whose objective was to improve community awareness of the importance of clean water, clean air and clean streets. As our part of the campaign, we provided funds to purchase garbage cans through out the town. [show a picture] We've also supported the Mayor's Beautification Project, which consists of constructing a large boulevard on the Southern end of town, new lamp posts and a new drainage system.
We've helped the Ministry of Environment by directing donations to help outfit a brigade of fire-fighters and we helped raise money so a local church could install a new floor.
The Jean A Bruger Foundation has also received our continual support in the form of scholarships for deserving students. And there are Century 21 sports teams all over the area. You'll find our logo on uniforms for soccer, baseball, volleyball and surfing teams.
Supporting our local community is just one more way the agents and staff at Century 21 Gold Coast Realty helps to make dreams come true.
A. Jean Brugger Foundation
Century 21 Gold Coast Realty has donated more than $50,000 through the A. Jean Brugger Foundation to help young people
from the San Juan del Sur community realize their dreams of higher education. The foundation's efforts help provide
scholarships to qualified students at the secondary school and college level.

English Instruction
English Instruction - Century 21 Gold Coast Realty offers each of its employees the opportunity to attend English
classes on Saturdays at a reputable foreign language institute located in the capitol, Managua.
Little League Baseball
Century 21 Gold Coast Realty sponsors 8 baseball teams around the area.
Surfer Sponsorship
2008 has been a good year for Rex Calderon. Century 21 Gold Coast realty sponsored Rex and two other kids in a surfing
championship in Panama. Rex won First Place in the Junior Division. Congratulations Rex !!!! We are proud of you
San Juan del Sur Volleyball Tourney
Century 21 Gold Coast Realty organized and sponsored a local volleyball tournament.
OneKid OneWorld
