2004. He spent one season as a professional Triathlete in Argentina.
He has 7 years experience as a Senior Account Executive for Deloitte & Touche,
SAP Software and Siebel Systems. While surfing he fell in love with
Central America in 2000 and the next year he moved to Nicaragua and
founded his export business. Barry received his B.A. in Mechanical
Engineering from Cal Poly State University, SLO where he also graduated
Cum Laude with a Masters in Industrial Technology.
Barry supports the local baseball leagues and donates to local education through the A. Jean Brugger Foundation. He enjoys time with his Costa Rican wife Sigrid and daughter Angela.

David Brownlee:
David Brownlee has been with Century 21 Gold Coast Realty since 2005. He received
his B.A. Degree from California State University, Northridge in Speech Communications.
He has an extensive back ground in sales and real estate. He has conducted
sales training seminars on meeting client’s needs, and is a firm believer
in “the client comes first.”
In 1998 he founded Skyline Entertainment, the premier entertainment company for Hollywood's biggest stars and corporate clients. The Skyline Entertainment client list includes Denzel Washington, Danny DeVito, Paramount Pictures, MTV, McDonald's, and American Express to name a few.
He has been a real estate investor for the past 10 years and is well-versed in the industry. After visiting Nicaragua for the past few years, he fell in love with it and happily calls it his home.
David is also the co-founder of the OneKid OneWorld (www.onekidoneworld.org) charity that provides educational supplies to schools and children all over the world.

Gaspar Guadamuz:
Gaspar Guadamuz was born in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. He comes from a large,
prominent family in town. They are dedicated to public service and helping
the community. He attended UPOLI and UNACAD Universities and received his degree
in business. He also studied law, Spanish Grammar, history of Nicaragua and
English. After college he became a Spanish professor. He also served as supervisor
for the 2006 Census. He also played an integral role in overseeing the protocol
for presidential elections. Gaspar now works for Century 21 as a listing agent
helping the realtors and clients efficiently and carefully execute real estate
transactions. Gaspar has also volunteered his time working in orphanages and
the San Juan del Sur library.

Mark P. Sullivan:
Mark hails from Atlanta, Georgia originally and now calls San Juan del Sur his home.
After backpacking for 3 months throughout Central America, Mark found a deep appreciation
for Nicaraguan culture and its welcoming people. Shortly thereafter he made
the move south to join the Century 21 team in San Juan.
He loves the crazy, eclectic community of locals and expats that make up this funky beach town.
Mark graduated from Emory University with a degree in Spanish & Latin American Studies. His professional success in public relations and web marketing brought valued experience to Century 21's marketing division. He now works as a Sales Agent, specializing in in-town properties in San Juan del Sur and developments along Nicaragua's southwestern coast.
In addition to his work at Century 21, Mark was happy to oversee the successful CONSA campaign that educated thousands of students in the San Juan del Sur municipality about the dangers of littering. He is in the process of founding a social equity organization for Sanjuaneños to participate more directly in the development of the local community and coastline.

Adam Harris:
Adam first fell in love with Nicaragua on a visit in 1989 with his family. They spent six months living with local families filming a documentary called "Through the Eyes of Children". This film compared the lifestyles experienced by the children of Central America to that of children raised in a Western society. The warmth of the local people and culture assured his return.
After studying marketing and psychology at the University of Victoria, Adam worked for two years as the marketing director for the "Gulf Island Film and Television School". In 2003, he moved to Whistler where he co-founded a housing management company with his brother.
Having a personal attachment to the Nicaraguan people, Adam hopes to contribute to the positive growth of the community. He is actively sponsoring several university students and is in the process of starting a scholarship program for local students.

Larry Krause:
Larry Kraus was born and raised in San Diego California on the Mexican border town of Imperial Beach. His father built what is
still the most south westerly house in the United States. As a teenager he moved to Coronado just ten miles north and began
surfing competetively as and amateur and then professionally until the age of 22. Some of his sponsors included Quiksilver
clothing and O’Neill wetsuits among others. He got his California real estate license in 1987 and while attending college in 1988
he founded Emerald City Surf N Sport. He soon afterwards co-founded SMP clothing which he sold a few years later while maintaining
the operation of two Emerald City locations in Mission Beach and Coronado. The Coronado location is still in operation and will be
20 years in the running in 2008.
He has traveled allot of the world to surf and most recently visited Nicaragua where he realized the potential for great waves and the opportunity in the real estate market. Having many friends and action sports associates that have invested successfully in Costa Rica and in Nicaragua ( surprisingly ), he began to do some research and quickly decided to invest in the market and work with Nicaragua’s most successful real estate company Century 21, founded by Barry Oliver with whom he happened to meet and surf with in the summer of 2007. Larry will be Century 21’s long needed representative in San Diego California, and plans to open a local office are in the near future.
